The screen shown above illustrated the form for the analyst to enter the performance ratings (or will show the performance ratings entered on the Handheld PC (H/PC), the elemental frequencies, and the P, F, and D allowance(s). The performance ratings may be applied to each cycle element or to the cycle overall. The Frequency Entry grid allows the analyst to enter frequencies less than one to accommodate elements that occur less than once per cycle (such as stock-up, quality checks, etc.). The Personal, Fatigue, and Delay Allowance Form permits analyst to enter the PFD allowance(s) to the entire cycle or to each element separately. The company's PFD allowance can be a percentage based on the working minutes in the shift or the entire shift time.
